Hey friends,

it’s NASSCOM and Google for  |

Can you believe it's
already 2017?

This was a milestone year for the 50 startup communities in the Google for Entrepreneurs Partner Network, and we wanted to take a moment to celebrate your hard work.

This year, 929 startups participated in our events and programs.

Startups in our community created 4,000 new jobs.

And at 40,000 square feet, our Bangalore warehouse is the largest incubator in the country.

Saroj Kumar (formerly a security officer at NASSCOM) became an Admin Manager at English Dost, after beta testing their English learning software.

And we hosted the 2016 Change Maker Summit with more than 200 attendees and 75 startups to support female entrepreneurs from around the country!

Great work, team!

You’ve all been a huge part of the success of the Google for Entrepreneurs Partner Network, and we’re just getting started.

In 2016, 11 new startup communities joined our ranks.

And more than 135,000 entrepreneurs participated in programs across our network.

Gaza Sky Geeks, Blackbox, and Google for Entrepreneurs teamed up to help Baskalet become the first startup to represent Gaza at an international accelerator.

CastBox took home the trophy at Google Demo Day: Women's Edition, after a busy first year working on their smart audio platform at People Squared.

And Aging2.0’s Sensassure was acquired after the team spent a year living in nursing homes to test and perfect their incontinence sensor for seniors.

With all these great ideas, startups in our network raised over $1.4 billion and created more than 7,800 jobs this year.

And more and more of us are going global.

Over 400 of us used Passport to work from a Google for Entrepreneurs Partner space in another city.

And you traveled more than 38,000 miles for Google for Entrepreneurs Exchanges in Paris, Nashville, and Durham.

A few of us even traveled the world virtually.

In 2016, our network grew

more diverse.
more connected.

And with that kind of momentum, just imagine what we’ll do together this year.
